When do you launch?
We start in the first areas of Lisbon and Porto soon, street by street, and the Algarve follows after that. Register and we'll tell you as soon as your street opens.
How does the same-day cut work?
When our team is working on or near your street, the app lets you know. If there's a free slot, you can book a cut that day with one tap. It depends on the route that day, so it isn't guaranteed, but in busy streets it's often available.
Do I need to be home?
No. Add access notes or a gate code in the app once, and you'll get photos when the job is done.
What is a remote-control mower?
A professional mower our gardener drives from a handset. It copes with slopes and long grass, then the gardener finishes the edges by hand.
How do I pay?
By card in the app. Monthly plans are charged automatically and every receipt is kept there. Nothing is charged when you register.
Can I cancel or pause?
There's no contract. Pause whenever you like, or cancel with 30 days' notice.
Can I run RoboGardener in my area?
Possibly. We’re looking for local operators to open new areas, including in the Algarve. Register under “Launching an area” and we’ll arrange a call to talk it through.
Do you do plants or hedges?
We focus on lawns. Low hedges and leaf clearing are simple extras; for bigger garden work we can introduce a trusted local team.
